I love this shade of blue! I don’t suppose you know what this is? 😉

Ha! Of course I do (after I consulted with the in-house expert)! It’s Jewel Weed. It’s supposed to be a natural antidote to poison ivy. They’re tiny flowers, so I had to get close up and personal. 🙂

Your favorite thing to do with flowers(and bugs)! I always learn things with your photos. I have a friend who gets really bad with poison ivy and seems to get it all the time. I’ll tell her about this.

The old-timers say it works. I’ve never really had a problem with poison ivy, but I’d try it if I did. (I really should know the names of the things I shoot.)

Well, I’ll inquire, you’ll ask your lovely wife and then we’ll both know!
This girl gets it and it lasts for weeks. She’s very allergic.

One isn’t going to see that here for awhile. We’ve got too much snow!

Maybe it will help. An all natural remedy. I barely saw this under all the weeds, but the sun was just right to catch my attention.
I miss flowers, and I’m tired of ice and snow. You must be triple tired of snow.

I wonder if we even have it up here, though. But I will tell her. It’s a bright little flower! Maybe she can plant it. I miss everything that’s not dirty white snow. But we actually have decent temps starting on Saturday so I have hope that it will eventually go away. Unless they’re lying again!!

We were supposed to get ice/snow part of the day, but it was all rain. Cold rain. Until I came home and it started to turn to snow and ice.

Yuck. Cold rain is worse than snow, I think…unless it’s like, 2 feet of snow. But snow falls so much nicer than rain. And ice–no way. Sorry. 😦 Your weather is worse than mine today. It was cold but not dreary here.

Well it’s over now. Cold for a couple more days and then it’s supposed to warm up. I’ll believe it when it happens.
