    Yes, those red maple buds tell us that spring is on the way. And, I’m ready. Enough gray, wet weather! The sandhill cranes have been anouncing they’re arrival in our area. It’s amazing how spring brings that surge of life and energy to everything, including our bodies. Dennis

      You’re so right. It was 60 degrees here today, and everything felt so fresh and clean. The changes are subtle but noticeable. It seems the older I get, the longer the winters drag on.
