    I feel for you, Steven. It sounds like torture. My problem is the opposite – I’m yawning at 8pm. I hope you get a good night’s sleep soon.

    Hi Steven, I just read this post and relate with it. Me n’ the midnight hour(s) aren’t getting along very well at the moment. I get up and work at such times. After an hour, sleep comes easily.

      Thanks, Phil. I’m learning that. I think it’s remarkable how the body adapts to such change. It’s the transition that’s difficult.
