      1. That’s funny (not ha-ha)… I’ve been trying to do the same thing each morning with some breathing exercises and light yoga. I’m learning to get by on less sleep than I’d like, but I do appreciate those weekend naps! πŸ™‚

      2. I haven’t been able to convince Randy to try yoga. He’s so afraid that it will trigger a spasm. But the breathing is working well. Both are healthy practices for life in general. πŸ™‚
